1. Services Provided

Nauti Softwash LLC provides:

• Exterior soft washing
• Pressure washing
• Paver cleaning and sealing
• Concrete and hard-surface cleaning
• Lanai, cage, and pool deck cleaning
• Residential and light commercial exterior washing

All services are performed using industry-standard practices and equipment.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of quoting.

• Prices may be adjusted if the actual condition or size differs significantly.
• “Starting at” prices listed on the website represent base pricing and may vary.
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling & Access Requirements

To complete your service, the following conditions must be met:

• Clear access to all work areas
• All windows and doors fully closed
• Pets secured indoors
• Outdoor electrical outlets covered or turned off
• Vehicles moved out of the work area
• Sprinklers turned off 24 hours before and after sealing
• For paver sealing: driveway must be dry, free of oil, and free of debris

If the technician arrives and cannot complete work due to access issues, a trip charge may apply.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due immediately upon job completion unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept: cash, card, bank transfer, or approved digital payment.
• Late payments may incur a late fee of up to $25 per day.
• For paver sealing or large projects, a deposit may be required.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Jobs may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 fee.
• Weather delays may require rescheduling. We do not control weather conditions.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied:

• Notify us within 48 hours of service.
• We will return to assess and, if applicable, correct the issue at no cost.
• This guarantee does not cover:
• Pre-existing damage
• Efflorescence
• Oxidation
• Rust stains
• Hard water stains
• Irrigation staining
• Oil or battery acid stains
• Severe mold that has penetrated porous surfaces

Some stains require specialty chemicals or may not be removable.

7. Paver Sealing Warranty & Expectations

We do not guarantee:

• Prevention of tire marks (normal on sealed surfaces)
• Prevention of joint sand washout from heavy storms
• Prevention of efflorescence (a natural mineral release)
• Color enhancement on pavers that are heavily sun-faded
• Durability when homeowner uses irrigation water with high mineral content
• A proper reseal cycle is recommended every 2–3 years depending on traffic, weather, and homeowner maintenance.

8. Property Condition & Liability

You agree that:

• Nauti Softwash is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
• We are not responsible for loose, deteriorating, or damaged surfaces.
• Soft washing may reveal previously unseen issues (oxidation, wood rot, fading).
• You authorize us to use appropriate chemicals for cleaning.
• Homeowner must notify us of:
• Sensitive plants
• Leaking door seals
• Loose fixtures
• Known oxidation
• Electrical hazards

We are not liable for damage caused by undisclosed conditions.

9. Safety

For safety:

• Please keep children and pets away from work areas.
• Do not walk or drive on wet sealant surfaces.
• Do not operate irrigation systems before or after sealing.
• Failure to follow instructions may void any warranty.

10. Weather Policy

We reserve the right to reschedule due to:

• Rain
• High winds
• Extreme heat
• Standing water
• Unsafe conditions

This protects service quality and safety.

11. Photos & Marketing Use

By hiring Nauti Softwash LLC, you allow us to:

• Take before/after photos and videos of completed work
• Use media for marketing, social media, and website purposes
• We will never display personal information, faces, license plates, or addresses.

If you wish to opt out, notify us before service begins.

12. Website Use

By accessing our website, you agree not to:

• Copy or reproduce content
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with website functionality
• Use our brand, logo, or images without written permission

All content is protected under copyright law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

1. Nauti Softwash LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
